Just a quick link for today.

On getting Beyond Enron in our understanding of energy derivatives trading.

The authors of that piece cite an article of mine in a footnote, so they're to be commended for their good taste.

  1. But they are not to be commended for their care in citing your article. They misspell "Christopher," and they give the citation as 50 Fed. Law. 39, 43 (2003), although the article begins on page 38. Also, "Fed. Law." may not indicate to all their readers that the magazine is "The Federal Lawyer," which is a monthly that starts on page 1 each month. Therefore, citing the page number without the month requires one to look at each issue in 2003 until one finds the article in the January issue.
